Tucked on the corner of Springs Road and Kerwyn Avenue in East Tāmaki, this SPCA shop runs on a different model to most op shops: rather than pricing individual items, it's set up as a clearance outlet, with deals like filling a bag of clothing for a flat low price.
It's a relatively new concept for the SPCA's Auckland op shop network, aimed at moving through donated stock quickly rather than curating it for display. Money raised goes toward the SPCA's animal welfare work, same as any other branch.
Being newer, it doesn't yet have an online review history to draw on — nothing came up in a search, positive or negative. That's not unusual for a shop that's only recently opened in this format.
